B2B Content Marketing in Practice – Case Study

My team are delivering some truly excellent content marketing work at the moment for some brilliant clients and one that has sprung to mind is our lovely B2B client Nexus Leeds.

Nexus Leeds is based in the University of Leeds campus and helps start-up businesses innovate to develop and scale. They are a fantastic organisation that really helps entrepreneurs to do the things they want to do. You may have seen I spoke at one of their events a few weeks ago.

We very recently helped Nexus Leeds conduct a survey with more than 100 companies to understand more about the future of business in the local region and the challenges that startups in Yorkshire are currently facing.

We then compiled these insights into a brand new report for them entitled- the Nexus Business Barometer.

We’ve placed a no-filter magnifying glass on the challenges faced by businesses and provided lots of practical advice to help these companies to overcome them.

Key Business Insights from Yorkshire:

  • Despite a challenging year, 71% of startups in Yorkshire are confident about growth in the next 12 months.
  • With 96% of these confident startups believing innovation is business critical, we can see that growth potential is closely linked to a company’s ability to innovate.

To expand on the results we created a number of content pull-outs and series of blog posts are also in the pipeline to continue the story.

We also helped shoot a short video to bring the campaign to life and to hear some of the wider stories behind the data and to share some of the tips Nexus can offer. You can see the full video below – it shows the building which Nexus is based in and it really is stunning.

Finally there is also an event that you can register for if you are interested in getting involved in this initiative.  Insider Forum: Future Proofing Yorkshire Startups.

Here is the bumf:

We’ve joined forces with Yorkshire Business Insider to bring you this virtual event. A panel of regional experts and startups will discuss the findings of the report and share their insights and advice to help startups to innovate and thrive, despite the current business climate.

We hope you can join us on 3 December 2020 for the Insider Forum: Future Proofing Yorkshire Startups
