Choose the shape of your training
Same subjects, different shapes. Six people for a day, one director for a morning, or a programme running across several months and several sites. This page is for when you already know what you need to cover and are working out how to deliver it.
Levels and formats
Beginners
Nobody in the room has run an account properly before. We start at the beginning and nobody is made to feel daft.
Advanced and expert
For people already doing the job who have hit a ceiling. Strategy, measurement, paid and the awkward edge cases.
Social media manager training
For the person who owns it day to day. Planning, workflow, escalation and how to say no to the sixth department this week.
Employee advocacy
Teaching the wider business to post about work without creating a problem for the comms team.
One to one coaching
A director, a founder or a single specialist. Half a day of undivided attention on their own accounts.
In-house team days
The standard shape. We come to you, or you come to our Leeds studio, and the whole team works on the same brief.
What it costs
All prices exclude VAT. The cost is the same whether we deliver at your offices, at our Leeds studio, or remotely.
| Format | Length | People | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Half day session | Three hours | Up to six | £1,200 |
| Full day session | Six hours with breaks | Up to six | £1,800 |
| Additional attendees | Either format | Each beyond six | £250 |
| Bespoke programme | Several sessions | Any size | Quoted after a scoping call |
Twelve is the practical ceiling for a hands on workshop. Beyond twelve it becomes a lecture rather than training, so for larger groups we usually run the same day twice rather than cram.
In person or remote
Both work, and the price is identical. In person is better when the group needs to work together and when the culture bit matters. Remote is better when the team is spread across sites, and we break remote sessions into shorter blocks because a full day on a screen helps nobody.
We deliver across the UK from Leeds, and through the Worldcom Public Relations Group we can run the same programme in 45 countries if your team is not all in one place.
Everyone leaves with
- The slides and a workbook built around your brief.
- A written action plan for their own role, not a generic handout.
- A follow up check in a month later to see what changed.
- A named trainer they can email with a question.
Working out the content
If you have the format sorted and need to decide what goes in the day, start from training by platform or training by sector. If the pressing question in your team is about tools rather than channels, AI training is usually the right first day.
Local to us? We run open sessions and in-house days in Leeds, Manchester and London.
